【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesthetechnicaldeliveryrequirementsforthefollowingsteelproductsintendedforuseintheconstructionindustry:bars(includinghammer-forgedbars);wideflats;hot-rolledstripandsheet/plate;forgings.TheyaremanufacturedfromthedirecthardeningnonalloysteelsforquenchingandtemperingandthedirecthardeningalloysteelsforquenchingandtemperingandsuppliedinoneoftheheattreatmentconditionsgivenforthedifferenttypesofproductsinTable1.Thesesteelsaregenerallyintendedforthemanufactureofquenchedandtemperedparts,butcanalsobeusedinthenormalizedcondition.TherequirementsformechanicalpropertiesarerestrictedtopartsizesgiveninTables4and5.NOTE1InaccordancewithEN10020,thesteelscoveredbythisstandardarequalityandspecialsteels.Thedifferencesbetweenqualityandspecialsteelsarecharacterizedbythefollowingrequirements,whicharevalidforspecialsteelsonly:?theminimumimpactvaluesinthequenchedandtemperedcondition(fornonalloyspecialsteelsinthecaseofmeanpercentagesbymassofcarbon<0,50%only);?limitedoxideinclusioncontent;?lowermaximumcontentsforphosphorusandsulphur.NOTE2Thisstandarddoesnotapplyforbrightsteelproducts.NOTE3Thisstandardonlyappliesforthemanufactureofproductswithoutanyfurthercoldorhotformingandnoadditionalheattreatment,i.e.thepropertiesareaccordingtothedeliverycondition(+N,+QT).InadditiontothespecificationsofthisEuropeanStandard,thegeneraltechnicaldeliveryconditionsgiveninEN10021willbeapplicableunlessotherwisespecified.
