【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesamethodofmicroscopicnon-metallicinclusionassessmentusingpicturecharts.Themethoddoesnotapplytoparticlesofalengthlessthan3,0μmorawidthsmallerthan2,0μm.Definedbyaproductstandardoragreementbetweentheinvolvedpartiesforcertainspecialproducts,inclusionswithawidthbelow2,0μmcanonlybeevaluatedaccordingtotheirlength.Elongatedinclusionswithalengthabove1410μmarecountedseparatelyandarebeyondtheupperapplicationlimitofthisstandard.Globularinclusionswithadiameterof3,0μmandaboveareincludedintheassessment.Itisassumed,ifparticlesareelongatedoriftherearestringersofparticles,thattheyareparalleltoeachother.Otherarrangementsarenotcoveredbythisstandard.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestosampleswithamicroscopicprecipitationapproachingrandomdistribution.Fromthedataofmeasurementsobtainedbythismethod,evaluationaccordingtootherstandardscanbeestablished.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytofreecuttingsteels.NOTEThebasicprincipleofthisEuropeanStandardallowsthedeterminationofnon-metallicinclusioncontentbyimageanalysistechniques.
